Announcing: @Sixty-Seven

|

Hello! Families, loved Ones & Friends, I am announcing my new @ Sixty-Seven blog site. As I am entering into “working retirement” phase which Chip Conley refers as modern elders, I have been thinking about documenting, writing and sharing this stage of my life with families, loved-ones and friends. Although I develop & maintain other technical site, its intended content don’t quite fit there. Likewise, its intended audience is very small group composed of family members, loved ones and close friends.

The idea to create this new site, @sixtySeven, is inspired by Sara Soueidan‘s Just Write post in her website. Its main purpose, as Sara suggests, is to “start writings without thinking about whether or not people will like or read — just give them a home and put them out there for future reference“.

One Post at a Time

I plan to create posts on this site, slowly one posts at a time. For the time being, my plan is to write at least one post every month, on any general topic: life, health & wellness, book reading, productivity, thoughts, gardening, sports, Minnesota weather, etc.

Even if only one person learns something from your article, you’ll feel great, and that you’ve contributed — even if just a little bit — to this amazing community that we’re all constantly learning from. And if no one reads your article, then that’s also okay. .. If you don’t have a blog already, make one. Write. Publish. Share.

Because this site is my personal blog site, it is liberating that I can write any thing I want, without thinking whether somebody reads it or not. I just plan doing things that I enjoy doing must!

Thanks for Reading!
