On Activity Routine

I normally don’t write and share personal stuffs on my posts. Recently I read two inspiring ‘typical day‘ posts and thought to write my own and share to others to inspire them develop a simple daily activity routine.

Getting healthy, loosing weights and eating healthy are reported to be the most popular new year resolutions. Yet, it’s also reported that most new year resolutions start disappearing after two weeks and most by the end of the February. Nevertheless less, there are a few who succeed to keep those resolutions.

My Daily Activity Routine

I must admit that I am one of those who had daily activity and fitness, healthy life style as my new year goals for the past several years and hopefully will continue to be so for many coming year too.

This my daily habit was not develop out of fluke but with hard work and self determination over the past several years.

  • 4:30-5:00 am: star the morning with very-light stretching (15min), a glass of water with half-tea spoon full of turmeric and a bug of green tea o the side.
  • 5:00-7:00am: work on
  • 7:00-9:30am: tread mill walk and stretching.
