What I Write on This Site?

|

The simple answer is all the things ‘I don’t know about but passionate about knowing‘. One of the main objectives of this site is to write at least one note post daily on topics that I don’t know about to archive for my future reference.

Contrary to general convention ‘write what you know‘ writer Bret Anthony Johnson writes in The Atlantic magazine:

Don’t Write What You Know.

Bret Anthony Johnson, on The Atlantic

I spend lot of my time consuming daily headlines, scanning & learning about technology and general subjects of my interest. While doing my daily learning projects or documented-learning, I come across topics of my interest which I quickly make a note for future reference, before I forget.

How I Choose a Topic

The topics on this sites come from my current interest & passion, which include digital privacy, health & wellness, meditation & mindfulness, healthy aging, vegetarian diets and physical activity.

  • Topics are inspired from my daily readings. I often make a quick note on the topic(s) that I am passionate about and would like to learn more in future.
  • When I find an interesting topic of my interest, then I make a quick note with appropriate links for future reference. Then go back, learn and write about it.

Some other reasons that I write here is to reinforce my learning passion and form a habit of writing, create an archive of notes for future reference.
